What This Mod Does

When using Empire Reborn /\ Holier Nation Redux and Lively Bars on its own, Lively Bars breaks and UC Bars populate empty.

This mod fixes United Cities bars by using a custom interior I made that utilizes Lively Bars assets.

To me this makes a huge difference in the atmosphere of UC bars.

@kreasy09 - just uploaded a fix for this. Stoat and Bark should now work correctly. Thanks for letting me know.

Unfortunately I'm having a little issue with this patch it works in sho-battai and heft but the bars in stoat and bark are empty I have the patch loaded last in my load order
