Yes, that's why bec noir comes because he had been eliminated so my friend and I uploaded him to the workshop (and he also comes with the sawrunner cosmetics because it's a double prize :V)

I'd completely Forgotten about the Bec Noir since The Freakin' Scout's A Spy! used to had that Up along sided with other Hexes before Deleting them.
