Better Car Collision

Description
Will change collision group to any spawned car into COLLISION_GROUP_NONE, which allows car to interact with any server object, even serverside ragdolls!!! Useful for addons that change ragdoll collision, so you can still collide into ragdolls in a vehicle, but not outside of it.

@jangwmpt7 Those don’t collide with ragdolls already? I guess I can look into it.

Does not work well with VCMod. When I get into a VCMod car with this mod activated, the game just CTD.
