Description
The Hero of Jellystone, El Kabong, joins the fray in Rivals!

SPECIAL MOVES

Neutral Special: Quick Draw
El Kabong pulls out his reliable pistol and fires a bullet. Ammo is pseudo-limited: after shooting with it four times, the move will be put on a cooldown.

Forward Special: Careening Spinout
Mustering up his strength, El Kabong spins with reckless abandon. The grounded version is an extremely quick multi-hit, while the aerial version is a single, stronger hit that also doubles as an additional recovery tool.

Up Special: Rope Swing
Pulling out his lasso, El Kabong tosses it diagonally upward. If it hits any foes along the way, they'll be wrapped and rendered immobile for a moment, allowing the (admittedly weak) hitbox of this move to connect more reliably.

Down Special: Dynamite Toss
El Kabong finds a stick of dynamite has been snuck into his array of tools, and tosses it away. A simple, no-nonsense explosive.

OTHER NOTABLE MOVES

Up Tilt, Forward Strong, Down Strong, Back Air, and Down Air: Guitar Attacks
For these moves, El Kabong uses his calling card: his Guitar. All of these guitar attacks have tipper mechanics, playing a familiar sound effect and dealing out bigger damage and knockback when the tip successfully connects with an opponent!

It's weird. I remember watching El Kabong as a kid. I liked him & I instantly knew who he was when I saw this mod listed but I don't remember what show I watched him in & I have no memory of a show called Jellystone although I do remember Jellystone Park from Yogi Bear. I guess he's just that memorable. I don't have to remember anything surrounding him to vividly remember him.
