Adds nonfunctional solar panel decorative 1x1 blocks and some decals. Basically a weaker and slightly cheaper armor. They are also rotatable.

This is my first part mod with crude artwork. Good luck.

I am planning on making some more decorative blocks, such as a kitchen, bathroom, and some other stuff.
