Optional reskins for Survivor content [as long as this is subscribed first.]
It's not required, but it makes things look slightly better in certain maps by disabling most* cubemaps and enabling Half Lambert lighting.

It also replaces the viewmodels' textures, turning them into recolored beta HEV hands instead of fullbright holograms so that they look better on maps with HDR enabled.
The Survivor Freeman model was made when an old rendition of the HEV suit was used, so his gloves have white leather on them. There's a leftover viewmodel from this era in the files, so I made an effort to restore it and give the team skins a glowing alpha channel to match their worldmodels as well.

*All cubemaps from Survivor were disabled. Some models have textures from HL2 that have cubemaps enabled - for the sake of non-confliction, I've chosen to not touch these. If you still want every single cubemap off, I'd recommend putting "mat_specular 0" in the console.
