Description
A decorated parking lot with 26 functional parking spaces and 4 EV parking spots. There is also a bicycle parking with a few bicycle props.

No tourism, No entertainment value (unfortunately most parking lots attract tourists and provide entertainment).

Cars will park there if you use the "TMPE" mod with "Parking AI" turned on.

How to use it:
  • Open Find It and search for "decorated parking" or "parking 5x3"
  • Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
