An important and great John Browning design that achieved success in both world wars and also notoriety in the hands of criminals like Bonnie and Clyde. Which they got from a national guard depot. Clyde’s he had the barrel sawn and the stock sawn down to make it shorter while still providing the automatic and penetrative firepower. With a small woman like Bonnie even lugging it and firing as she always had Clyde’s back. With that firearm you can just shoot through the car or soft cover the person is hiding behind instead of waiting for them to pop their head out.
