Wide Area Sensor Array Range 400km

@vardicdestroyer In some sectors AI or players build very far away from the middle or there are jump gates that force the map to be larger than others. I increased the range of the sensor array because I wanted it to cover a sector if I built it in the middle, rather than building 3-5 more stations to get good coverage or using lots of satellites. It also helps a little bit in sectors where Khaak installations spawn

I am a little curious as to the purpose of this mod? I understand that it increases the range of the sensors, but in testing in my game it extends the range far beyond the hex of a single sector. If I fly a ship out that far I can see the edge of the sensor bubble but as soon as I recall the ship the sector zooms back in and the extended range is lost beyond the border of the hex. The map doesn't stay zoomed out. Is there so purpose or benefit I'm not seeing?

@BronzeLump - Pure coincidence, I happened to think of the same thing a week or so ago and couldn't find any mods to do it

@BronzeLump - I think I've just altered mine to 500km.
Open the Mods DAT file using Notepad. I chaanged the range shown by replacing the 4 with a 5.
Hopefully it should work, I can't see why it wouldn't.

I will always welcome more range. Thank you for the mod. I just requested it yesterday too, ya'll work fast! Either that or its a massive coincidence. Either way thank you greatly! Also second having 500km+
