Usagi from TMNT Shredder's Revenge is here in Fraymakers.
You know Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo.
Anyways with that done heres what you need to know

Usagi has a few things that are unique to him, all of his strong attacks are the same, charging it will do more stun and break shield, holding side special will continue the movement pass the opponent, doing forward air again will give you a follow up attack, his N special can stopped by shield, his N special and Down special also cant take big hits otherwise they break, meter can be builded up by damage, getting down special to counter or by emoting, pressing shield2 on ground will do the first meter move, shield2 in air for the second move and shield2 left or right for the final move. All of the meter moves can be stopped with shield so be careful and his got a down taunt.

He also has a final smash so enjoy.
