Remove Click Sounds

*everything that doesn't replace the old click sound, which is every other mod except for 1

unlike the only other mod on the workshop that silences click sounds, this one does so in a way that prevents interference with other sfx (certain sounds not playing) as well as lag when autoclicking

Set Alt Cookie Sound to off to enable. Made to be used with autoclickers.
