Really good work Commander. Excellently executed. The pieces of the puzzle are slowly falling into place and the suspicion is growing that General Granger was not as alone in his crimes as we first assumed. In the reports that we were able to secure thanks to your latest success, there is talk of a cult of chaos and a mad scientist who apparently leads it. If this is true, then our problem has just gotten worse, and fatally so.

Sir, we need to know what this cult is up to. In this more remote section of the river is the facility that can provide us with these missing parts. But it will be heavily guarded. While we continue to prepare the truce with the Brotherhood, you must go there. Capture the facility and take out all the guards. Oh, and Nod has a cell based there. Do not attack it!
