With so many ground vehicles being updated the ESDF high command and material administration decided it was time to modernize the M20 Fenrir series of light vehicles and as such new light vehicle platform was created as the Fenrir MK2.
Criterias for this new vehicle where to make it more robust and faster than the previous version and with these criteria the Fenrir MK2 received heavy armor to its side panels and was given 2 more small batteries to increase its range while also reducing its length slightly making it a small yet robust scout and transport vehicle.
