Description
Makes edits on d1_town_04 for the propoholic runs!

Edits d3_citadel_01 and d3_breen_01 to have custom events when you bring a certain prop in them. The current events:
- Chumplush, portal appears right before you jump into the water, if you bring the chumplush in there, you will be awarded with a surprise
- Dog's Ball, right before the underwater section, it will teleport the ball outside the water section

fun fact: the unskipable water section is possible without the teleport, just hold the ball at the top of the water
