Just a bunch of lazy bums...
This fun little mod resprites all the bum familiars to look like the Lazy Worm trinket.

This mod changes:
- Bum Friend's item and familiar sprites
- Dark Bum's item and familiar sprites
- Key Bum's item and familiar sprites
Normal beggars and shell games are unchanged
