Description
This mod allows you to protect units from nuclear attacks

In the base game, the bomb shelter does actually reduce damage taken by units in the city to 25 but does not protect civilian units

Now, any land unit in a city with a bomb shelter will be completely immune to nukes

If the territory owner has telecommunications and is friendly, units stationed in forts or citadels are also immune to nukes

Other additions:
  • Nuclear missiles are always immune to nuclear attacks (in underground missile silo)
  • Submarines are always immune to nuclear attacks
