2S19 "Msta-S" (GABTU index — object 316, according to the NATO classification — M1990 "Farm") is a Soviet and Russian 152—mm divisional self-propelled howitzer.

"Msta-S" was developed at the Ural Plant of Transport Engineering. Lenin and State Prizes were awarded for the development and manufacture of this product. The chief designer of the ACS is Yu. V. Tomashov, 152-mm guns 2A64 — G. I. Sergeev. The 2S19 self-propelled gun is designed to destroy tactical nuclear weapons, artillery and mortar batteries, tanks and other armored vehicles, anti-tank weapons, manpower, air defense and missile defense systems, command posts, as well as to destroy field fortifications and prevent enemy reserves from maneuvering deep into their defenses. It can fire at observed and unobserved targets from closed positions and direct fire, including work in mountainous conditions. When shooting, both live ammunition and ground shots are used.
