Fallout Weaponry - Cola and Caps Update!

A (for now) small mod that adds some weapons from the Fallout universe into Terraria.

Adds a bunch of fallout related weapons to the game, as well as a NPC that sells Nuka-Cola and some vanity items. Most of the weapons have custom sounds, and can be crafted at various points in the game.
The NPC deals only in caps (and will only move in once you've found some), which have a chance to drop from enemies or can be found in gold chests underground.

My next main focus will be adding melee weapons. Im planning on adding the Super Sledge, Ripper, Shishkebab, Power Fist, and Deathclaw Gauntlet.

In the most recent update I added Nuka-Cola and many variants, a Caps currency, and an NPC related to both. I also added the plasma pistol and some vanity items.
