Description
A high value investor in Neighbourstans latest secret project is using the severe weather along the coast to cross the border undetected.

Unfortunatly our undercover operatives found out about this plan a few days before hand and we've sent a team in to secure the investor.

A positive to the targets choice of time is a lack of civilians so all weapons which don't blow holes in the investor are fare game.

You can remove the cushioning by removing the moving component when the car is about to hit
