Not fully decorated but has emergency meeting functionality (nonfunctional)

The first among us to ever be uploaded to the workshop as far as I'm aware! Lovely!
I would apologize for that sin, but it's funny so I won't.

Yes, I am aware the meeting table looks like a Stargate DHD, no, it is staying. It's funny.

This ship was built during VS1 (Vertical Slice 1) of Space Engineers Alpha, so don't expect it to work in later slices (or full release!)
