made this because this guys ragdoll port is outdated and uses v1

the first "port" ive done myself


i made the mod use the "phys_anm" file structure like wreakhavok and every other mod ive posted here uses (except for e3 rags) so its compatible with model replacements

ill add video, proper description, and proper thumbnail later im too busy
if kesserd doesnt want me to post this then ill take this down
