Description
Greenwood Subway Yard is a large subway yard complex located in Toronto Ontario, Canada. The complex first opened in May 1965 to be the main heavy maintenance shops for the Toronto Subway network (and eventually the Scarborough RT in 1985). A year later on February 26, 1966 the "General Maintenance" wing of the yard would open servicing trains on the Bloor-Danforth Subway (Line 2). This asset specifically is composed of the "General Maintenance Building" and the "Track & Infrastructure Building." Today operations at the yard have been slightly wound down with the closure of the SRT and the introduction of the TR series trains which are incompatible with the Greenwood Shops leaving the complex strictly working on the Line 2 trains and the subway's fleet of work cars. The future of Greenwood is currently unknown as while the site will remain a major storage and maintenance hub for Line 2 the introduction of new trains onto the line will require the construction of a new heavy maintenance shops as they will be incompatible with the Greenwood Shops like the TR series trains on Line 1.

Can it be not reliant to the MOM, since it is basically a dead mod?
