Old Crowbar Animations from Project Hydra

Description
Changes the crowbar animations to be more crude. Good if you want the Beta feel but also want the retail HEV suit hands.

Works with any crowbar or HEV suit reskin as long as it doesn't change the v_crowbar model.

Screenshot has the white glove HEV reskin I've posted previously.
