Constructs Reasonable Attack Speed

Description
You ever think about how silly it is that pz charaters have such long wind-up times for melee weapons, but still get exhausted super fast using them? this simple mod fixes this conundrum. Its a forked/updated version of "Faster Attack Speed" by biggestcwax. If they update their mod, spam me and I will take this down.

>What does it do?
--------------------------
It increases most attack animations by roughly 25%. So, on par with how old axeman (now ax-pert) used to work. It also scales based on fitness. It also makes you shove zombies off you faster if you have a 2 handed weapon in your hands: (2 handed Axe, rifle, long blunt, heavy weapon, etc.)

Since it scales based off fitness and current weapon skill, combat is much more dynamic and interesting.

Maximum fitness or at-least 8 skill in the weapon your using allows you to reach that 25% boost.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
> What *doesn't* it do?

It does not touch walking, jogging, or running speed.

It does not touch the speed of how fast you walk while aiming.

It does not touch the speed of firearms.

It does not increase or decrease damage dealt by attacks of any kind.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Why?

I always found vanilla attack animations to be quite slow and goofy, your dude looks less like he is fighting for his life, and more like he is chopping wood.

> What does this mod not work with?

Combat Mastering. (I will not patch this, feel free to make a patch yourself.)

> Can I make re-upload this mod, mod-pack this mod, and make patches for this mod?

Do whatever the ♥♥♥♥ you want with the code lol, I would recommend asking the guy who made the b41 version if you can mod-pack it though.

> Are there any official patches for this mod?

Go to the discussions, there should be one that contains mine and others patches/tweaks.

> Where do I report bugs?

Put them in the comments, I'm not a jackass who wont answer your questions, but be aware it might take me awhile to respond.

> Will you be updating this mod If it breaks?

Yes, but it might take time, be patient with me.

> What mods/settings do you recommend using this with?

High population shambers/fast shamblers, random zombies, or low population high cognition sprinters. Having your character have actual realistic human speed makes the comically slow zombies trivial if you have any neurons ratting around in your brain.

I also recommend using it with: (complete compatibility! :D) (Also, the default shove animations with guns look ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid lol, I would recommend pairing gun stock attack with this, but it isn't required)

Plans for this mod: (Will be released as separate additions to this mod.)

Have exhaustion and tiredness lower swing speed by a good chunk.

Balancing options! :D

Don't like the fact that heavy weapons are also sped up? Go here!

Think that normal player walking and jogging speed makes this mod kinda goofy looking? Go here!
