Constructs slower walking and jogging.

Hey hey people, eldritch horror here.

When you first played PZ, did you ever giggle at the fact your guy literally powerwalks everywhere? Have you ever thought the jog speed is wierdly fast compared to sprinting? me too.

Then, I found a amazing mod called "Slower Sprinters." by a LOVELY fella named AZOT (Link to the mod will be provided!). That had options to slow down player walking and jogging speed! It was perfect!...The only issue, is I dont play with slower sprinters, but I also wanted to have the fun slower player animations..

So I made this simple patch, that seperates the slower player jogging and walking animations into their own seperate mod, so you dont have unneeded files you dont want/use.

While I was at it, I also optimized the file structure a little, just for fun.

This mod will NOT work in tandum with slower sprinters! (Pick one please :sob:) also, if you want to use slower sprinters with this...why? Slower sprinters already has this option included!
