Grade Car

Description
There are multiple ways of using this. This is only a visual guide has there's no physics on the wheel.

You can press the left control key to change the up/down rate when using the mouse wheel.
The example image is a very near 2% grade.

A)
1 : Place the car on the rail you want graded.
2 : With the none walking mode camera and while being a bit far from it (Barely see the red line) align your screen center dot on the red line.
3 : Then get closer to it until you can see the grading on the cylinder, while keeping the screen center dot on the red line.
4 : Align the bottom of your viewing screen with the lowest rail while keeping the screen center dot on the red line. (Basically using the edge of your screen has a level to compare the grading)
5: Depending on the color of rails your are using, you should see that between the *level* (Bottom edge of your screen) and the top of the highest rail, there's a thickness.
6 : Compare that thickness to the grading wheel and you got your grading.
(The thick black lines are set to about 2%)
For railways, anything over 2% up to 4% max require special rail rules.

B)
1 : Place the car on the rail you want graded.
2 : Move the edge of the rail (Gizmo / the three color lines (Blue Red Green) ) to the center of the grading wheel.
3 : Rotate the rail to the desired degree angle.

If you got any questions feel free to ask.
