Reasonable Attack Speed (Knife Animations Patch)

Description
A patch for "Reasonable Attack Speed" that (should) work with mods that change knife animations.

You do not need to install "Reasonable Attack Speed" for this mod to work.

@AbuLaki It does everything reasonable attack speed does, but it doesn't touch knives. Basically lets you have all the fun features of my mod while being able to use it with anything that changes knife animations.
