Make Achilles Great Again

Description
Will be an evolving mod focused on bringing Achilles up to speed with the rest of the factions. For now Achilles has received a unique command and buildings as outlined below.

**Keep in mind this is a beta release and will continue to evolve as time progresses.**

Command:

Active Status Effects (cool-down = 2, duration = 3):
- 10% Increase to Morale ~ All units
- +30 Increase to Armor ~ General Bodyguards
- 20% Increase to Attack ~ General Bodyguards
- 30% Increase to Defense ~ General Bodyguards
- 50% Increase to Battle Speed ~ General Bodyguards
- Furious Charge, Ignore Forest Penalties and Spear-master added to Bodyguards
- Various Other Buffs
- -15 Diplomacy Factor with Troy

Passive Status Effect:
- Provides Units to Recruitment Pool, Free Recruitment
- +5 Diplomacy Factor to Achaeans

Buildings

Diplomacy Office:
- Increases Diplomatic Relations with Acheans (Might change to Dananns)
- Lowers Diplomacy with Troy
- Provides Small but Powerful Achilles Unique Garrison
- Slight Increase in Happiness
Immigration Office:
- Spreads influence to adjacent provinces
- Increases replenishment rate in own province
- Lowers influence in own province
- Slight gold income from gold taxation
- Slight food upkeep from immigrants
Monument of War:
- Increase moral of generals faction wide
- Allows recruitment of Striders
- Increase replenishment in adjacent provinces

Achilles is now added to the primary factions page.
Unique units from TW Troy coming soon....

Any and all suggestions welcome, again not really sure what to do for balancing.
If you would like to see other minor factions get their own commands and potentially full reworks, please drop ideas for those and I will see what I can do. If you would like to contribute artwork feel free to let me know, I am definitely not an artist and still need artwork for unit cards and loading screens. I do not care if you use or replicate this anywhere, assume full creative freedom on your part.

- Is Radious Compatible
- Should be compatible with most mods
- Not sure on multiplayer so y'all will have to let me know
- Save game compatibility is partial, so I would just suggest a new campaign

!!! Warning I do not know if the function override that I use within this mod causes problems in the late game, from my interpretation of the code, it will not, but it is a massive code base so who knows. You may also want to make sure that the campaign option that gradually unlocks features is set to false had mixed results when this was on. !!!
