Description
Adds Vyatka, the pirates of medieval Russia's vast east to the game, under Moscow's foe Ioann Anikiev Myshkin.

Vyatka (Ioann Anikiev Myshkin)
UA: Svistoplyaska: Killing enemy units yields Culture inside your own territory, or Gold outside it, scaling the further from your capital you are.

UU: Ushkuynik: Replaces the Landsknecht. Doesn't need the Mercenary Army policy to be purchased (but adopting the policy will spawn two for free). Amphibious. The first 3 moves into river tiles each turn are free. Automatically heals on river tiles when distant from your capital.

UB: Dymkovo Toymaker: Replaces the Zoo. Constructed slightly faster for every unit that has ever died in this city's borders. Receive twice this city's Culture output as Gold whenever you adopt a Social Policy, and twice this city's Gold output as Culture whenever you purchase a unit or building in it.
