this replaces special foot soundd with the ones from beytha (specifically the boomer, witch and tank) the jockey too cuz he reuses the footsteps from idk

the jockey reuses the boomers footsteps, the smoker and the spitter reuses commons (i think)

the tanks footsteps have the same sound so add the other tank footstep sound you made
