Desperation Snapdragon Suplex

Description
Attacker absorbs a German Suplex then runs in to hit a Snapdragon of his own.

Damage to Defender is the same as Rapid Dragon Suplex Whip

Attacker takes 8 Stam, 4 Spirit, and 6 Neck self damage from the German Suplex
