[UZI] Quake Champions: Machine Gun

Description
Quake Champions MG model extract by P3DM Admin rig onto Apex's VOLT SMG animation port by TwilightSparkle, replacing the Uzi SMG
It's a really fat MP5 from the future. So fat. Must touch.
Animations has small tweak to view position, reload position and rotor spin for fire animation

Features:
- Support reskin
- Custom muzzle fx (optional)
- Custom sounds (include variants, incendiary has quad damage effect)
- HUD icon
