Where do you see those info ? Is the error blocking you from entering the game ? If so, unsubscribe the asset first, enter to your savegame (with this asset as missing), then save it as a version without this asset. Then close the game, resubscribe the asset and load into the new save (it shouldn't have issue at this step as the old asset should have been compleetely removed), and see if you can place the asset.

Also, are you using LSM (loading screen mod) ? , I saw that other people with similar issue point to an outdated LSM mod. So if you do use that mod, make sure it is most updated, and if you don't, I recommand that you use it. Also the duplicate name error should also not blocking your save in my nowledge.

The asset is working without any issue. If you see any error message indicating it is "this" asset is broken, provide at lest a screenshot to prove that. Otherwise no one will know what is going on and help you, as I don't have any issue using this one in my savegame.

This asset is broken, what should I do?

This will work as the prop pack. I won't made another "prop" pack as the glass shader requires sub-building, and prop just can't support that function so I must make it a building. You can still convert this to PO though, if you reach the building limit.
