I only recently realized I don't know how to rig hands that well, so they're a bit messed up, but you can hopefully live with that. Ocelot had to deal with worse.
Also yes, that screenshot is the Shadow Akira slide up a tower. From the movie.

We already have a Meryl on the workshop (Albeit with forced MGS animations, which some might not like)
