"Mr. Snagglepuss I presume?" -Dixmor inmate, possibly Mendez

the Dixmor inmates are probably one of the more pitiable enemies in Manhunt 2, being experimented on by the project alongside the members of Legion, they're encountered in the first level during Dixmor asylum's riot being mercilessly beaten by the orderlies, one confirmed name for them is Mendez who attacks an orderly that's looking for him
