Artificer Breath

Description
Removes the premature death of Artificer when submerged. However, you will still explode after running out of breath. Additionally, removes the burning of Bubble Grass when held.

Alright, just pushed an update to prevent the burning of Bubble Grass. I didn't make it toggle-able since I don't think anyone would want to turn it off. I'll update if anyone cares enough.

@Elsa_Fogen Currently there isn't any functionality to prevent the bubble grass from burning, but I'll look into making it a toggle-able option in an update.
