Monkeese is back with his old rocks kicked to the curb and a Fruit Bush as his new friend.

Residing in the Earthern Rainforest, Monkeese soars through the canopy. Monkeese is a simple create, he likes to eat, sleep, play... and that's about it. He forages food from forest floor and brings his treasured fruits up to treetops. The higher altitudes of this rainforest get very cold, providing adequate refrigeration for his spoils. He stashes his fruit in trees, burrowing out holes with his teeth and covering the entrances with twigs and leaves.

Monkeese is a kind soul, he would never go out of his way to attack anyone. However... touch his food and you're dead.



Monkeese screeches, stunning the opponent if they get too close. Hitting a bush with this move will temporarily increase it's growth speed.


Monkeese glides through the air, able to reach incredible speeds


Monkeese plants a seed in the ground capable of bearing fruit with powerful abilities. Fruit Bush can bear 4 types of fruit: Power Berry, Elixir Berry, Haste Berry, and Resource Berry. All berries increase the strength of Monkeese's Special Attacks, depleting some of the berry's duration on use.
- Power Berry: Increases Monkeese's damage output, does not impact knockback
- Elixir Berry: Heals Monkeese slowly and on hit, depletes berry duration for each health gained.
- Haste Berry: Monkeese's ground and air speed are drastically increased
- Resource Berry: For the duration of the berry, Monkeese has infinite mid-air jumps and airdodges


Monkeese dashes vertically, grabbing the opponent and biting them. If a Fruit Bush is in play, Monkeese ejects fertilizer from the opponent, homing in on the bush. On impact with the bush, it temporarily increases the Fruit Bush's growth speed.
