This is a simple modification, uploaded with permission, that disables the LCD subsystem so it will no longer take control of your cockpit and control seat LCDs. Note that this also disables the ability to use the script's other LCD functionality, but it will allow you to maintain a cohesive theme in your bridge / cockpit.

For full instructions, see the original page, but for quick setup:
Create a group called Aligner containing some or all of your gyroscopes and at least one cockpit / control seat.
Run the script with the command "toggle".

Known issue (affects original as well): if the group is not set up correctly when the script is loaded into the programmable block, it may refuse to function until you recompile. If you click on the programmable block in the terminal and it shows a blank status, that means you need to hit the recompile button.

IMPORTANT: if you have the original script, you will still need to manually fix the LCD(s) by removing the Offline image and redoing the settings to your liking.
