AT Weapon Icons in Every Difficulty

Description

Bring those icons of AT weapons showed only in normal difficulty and below to all difficulties.
Easier to find who holds the weapon you want.

This is included in the newer versions of either code:x or hotmod/west 81 and I hate it. Is there a way to disable it?

@JACKFFFF 感觉不是很有这个必要（毕竟得重新画图标），如果需要的人多的话会去做的

@IDWTS 没有激活这个mod的话，编辑器按F7把难度改成hard或者heroic就隐藏了
