Allows players to hotwire vehicles without the Electrical skill.

Initially, I wanted to allow mechanics to hotwire a car by default. However, the more I thought about it, the more I felt like hotwiring needing level 1 of electrical was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb.

Thanks to this mod, you'll now be able to enjoy needing only level 2 of mechanics to hotwire a car.




Fun fact: I made this mod mainly because on my main save with my mechanic character, I'm unable to find a working car with keys. While testing this mod on another save, pretty much all the cars had keys for some reason which I think is pretty funny and definitely doesn't make me want to kill myself.
