Slightly More Balanced Draconis Gas Station

Makes a few tweaks to the Draconis gas station:


- Makes the gas station break when destroyed. Gotta actually bookmark it instead of just yoinking one.

- I left its printablility alone, but its price is now 5000 instead of 1000.

- Doubles the price of fuels. You can still sell items to the gas station at full price, though.

- Removes vanilla fuels from the list. I didn't wanna mess with those, and their uses in crafting make it fair to have to get those from a moon anyway.

- Human Fuel is the only one available from the start; the others have prerequisites so you're not just grabbing Quantum Fuel at the first opportunity. Fuel values for Concentrated and Nuclear fuels are adjusted accordingly.
--- Concentrated Erchius Fuel is unlocked by the lunar base mission.
--- Nuclear Fuel is unlocked by completing the Dreadwing quest.
--- Quantum Fuel is unlocked by completing the Penguin Weaponry Testing Site quest.

- The gas station also sells sushi now, because I thought it was funny. (No, it doesn't make you black out and wake up in a sewer surrounded by horny fish... yet.)
