Kinda impossible to make any anthropomorphic thing though, have to rely on the mask layers for those usually. My recreation of Ben Bigger from ZZZ is uhh... something to behold.
For feminine faces, I'd suggest some slightly bigger/rounder eyes, since gachas tend to put a lot of emphasis on those. For masculine ones, I'd say something more late-teens, cleaner, without the eyebag lines under the eye.
I'd suggest just taking a look at the games I suggested, since they're baaasically the standard - with Reverse probably having the most interesting designs out of any of them.
