NIGHTMARE ADRENALINE (Unofficial)

Description
PLOP THUMP WUBUBUB!!

Intended to be used with NIGHTMARE modpack.

A basic edit of the "CEDA" adrenaline skin from "Extended Items Skin Pack" by MANACAT and SirWololo (go endorse their work). Features yellowed plastic, grime, grunge, grit and the like. Everything under the cap is still clean so it should be safe to administer. Probably.
Adrenaline animation in the screenshots is "E3+L4D1 Adrenaline animation".

Are you ever considering a NIGHTMARE Defib? I feel like the one in vanilla is just a tad too clean

I'm sorry, but if I find an epipen covered in mud on the ground, I ain't usin' it! no thanks, I'll take fatigue over risking some sort of disease lmao.
