Russian military combine replacement

Description
Please do not reupload my addons without my approval, for it was the reason previous one was taken down due to those people.

Replaces combine units with russian forces. Changed voicelines to be more fitting compared to pre-workshop version.

Models are from MW2, BF3/4, originally from CSS ports.
