Dominican Republic (Rafael Trujillo)

Adds the Dominican Republic, led by "El Jefe" and Generalissimo Rafael Trujillo. The Dominican Republic is one of the biggest and well-known countries of the Caribbean, located on the island of Hispaniola. Trujillo was a dictator of the Dominican Republic during the mid 20th century, and was known for the infamous SIM, who were the secret police who planned assassinations and murdered opposition to keep Trujillo in power. Trujillo was also responsible for the genocide of Haitians who lived on Dominican lands in the Parley Massacre. Trujillo's dictatorship did also bring a lot more financial independence to the country however, with much economic growth and prosperity seen as a result of his foreign policy.
