Roundy Aquarium is a brand new state-of-the-art building designed to boost your company's productivity while offering a splash of style and convenience! It has everything you need from start to late game, and features:

Dynamic Office Layout:
- A central "Aquarium" Office that comfortably hosts 24 team members.
- 4 Single/Leader Offices for focused management.
- 4 Small Offices (8 Ppl each) for streamlined team collaboration.

Meeting & Collaboration Spaces:
- 2 fully-equipped Meeting Rooms.
- A huge canteen paired with abundant resting spaces to recharge your team.
- Underground server rooms, including a small starter SCM room.
- 3 expansive Manufacturing Rooms with helipad integration for high output and operational efficiency.

The building has an abundance of elevators, stairs, top-notch security, food dispensers, and additional amenities in every corner. And all bathrooms are complete with showers for ciclists. If you are like me and don't like moving out your company mid-game, this building has it all.

Some rooms are intentionally left empty for you to personalize.
I have used the "Coffee Mug" mod in some rooms but it does not break the game if you don't want to use it.
