Description
*** Major Upgrade ***

This prop features opening sliding doors operated by the switch on the side (internal and external). They will stay open for a few seconds before closing again.

The idea is to stack them on top of each other to create the illusion of an elevator shaft.

As moving up and down in the elevator is not possible, as a work-around you can add buttons to the inside of one elevator prop to use a teleporter to transfer to another elevator prop.

An example of how teleporting can be used to simulate the elevator transfer is on this MAP

There is also a filler/cap section HERE

Actually I've made a solid filler/Cap that should work better HERE

HERE is your filler part. Let me know if you need it changing. It is currently 35mm high.

Ok leave it with me I'll create one and post the link, I'm just updating it as well but it still won't be square

Yes, I could and did. But since your elevator isn't square, it's wider than it is deep, it takes multiple shaped pieces to do each height adjustment. A better solution would be to have the elevator actually square. Still, I'm going to use it anyway.

I could do that dalearends, but can't you just use terrain pieces suitably scaled to the exact height you require and painted the same as the elevator?

Just what I've been looking for to use with an elevated station. I do have a request, however. Could you add a thin spacer piece with the same footprint but about 1/4 the height of these. That way it would be easy to get the elevator height to a suitable ground-to-platform distance.
