there is a problems with pogradec region i cant fabricate claims and the armies are in another region

NONE OF THEM, PROBABLY. IF IT CRASHES ON STARTUP JUST KEEP TRYING, IT SHOULD WORK EVENTUALLY!!!!

@Nuiques yeah, sadly havent found the solution for that. Sometimes takes a few restart to get in game.
