For some reason the game didn't update it properly. This might take a bit

Will you update the mod with the latest Moody material update? It was updated on the 19th.

Updated it by getting the updated version of the materials pack

I'm probably guessing moody changed some things on the materials pack for it to have no specular

Update: no specular even after intalling HL2 RTX materials
