Longer Preptime - 12 Minutes/720 Seconds (Frontlines SP)

Description
Increases Preptime for the Frontlines Gamemode ( NOT MP Compatible)
Maximum time changed to 720 Seconds (12 Minutes).
Minimum time changed to 1 Second.

Disclaimer;
You actually have to set the time to 720. (press enter)
It can be between 1 & 720.

Hmmm, shouldn't be any interfering mods but I'll try again. If it's working for you it must be something on my end.

causes crashing in MP with Horton front-line.
